Our system provides whole-person rehabilitative support and compliance monitoring services for those under any type of community supervision, such as probation, parole, diversion or pre-trial release. In addition, we equip supervising officers with tools to more effectively monitor and verify compliance.

Our Mission: To Enhance Public Safety & Improve Lives
The United States represents almost 5% of the world’s population, yet has almost 25% of the world’s incarcerated population. By the end of 2015, almost 4.7 Million adults were under some form of community supervision, which represents about 1 in 53 adults in the United States.
In an effort to reduce costs, more and more people are placed back into the community under various forms of supervision. Yet, while under community supervision this population receives little to no access to various types of rehabilitation support in a consistent manner. This includes areas such as employment, housing, mental health and substance abuse.
Research supports that evidenced based rehabilitation, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, has demonstrated that these types of therapy can help reduce recidivism and improve offender re-entry back into our communities.
TRACKtech™ delivers one of the first automated mobile solutions that uses device-gathered intelligence data to provide pro-social rehabilitative resources, which also monitors the offender’s compliance in the community with the goal of reducing recidivism and the workloads among community supervisors.
Community Supervision
1 in 53 Adults in the U.S are under some form of community supervision.
Continued Treatment Helps
Research from the National Institute on Drug Abuse indicates that those who complete prison-based treatment and continue with treatment in the community have the best outcomes.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
A 20 year study following offenders who received Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), reports that only 61% returned to prison versus 82% who did not receive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Expensive & Outdated Monitoring
Electronic Monitoring Devices such as ankle bracelets cost anywhere from $5 to $25 per day, and yet only provides a “dot on the map.”
Societal Skills
Treatment programs that teach offenders societal skills can help prevent an estimated $1 billion in new prison costs.
Fiscal Responsibility
$70 billion dollars are spent annually in the US on the corrections industry.
